Nicki Stevenson - Executive Director & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Has a background as an Applied Theatre Practitioner and Project Manager, focusing her practice with people who have barriers to accessing the arts and creating uplifting and empowering arts-based projects.
Tristan Jackson-Pate - Artistic Director
Trained initially as an actor and now finds the most joy in making theatre for and with young people, including many site specific works in venues as diverse as a decommissioned nuclear bunker, a supermarket car park and an open air swimming pool!
Kizzy Horgan - Project Manager & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Inclusive Arts Facilitator and Project Manager, specialising in working with children and young people experiencing barriers to engagement.
Kate Zakrzewska - Company Manager
Experienced in Arts and Operations management. Providing creative solutions, and first point of contact for parents/carers of young people engaging with CTC.

Clinton Osbourne
An experienced artist, teacher and Arts Officer who spent considerable time running the prestigious community visual arts resource, Animation Station. before working as freelance artist, sixth form teacher, college lecturer and arts co-ordinator.
Lynn Mumford
Over 20 years experience leading national charitable organisations, championing the strengths and abilities of young people and those experiencing social injustice. Currently Strategic Development Director of local FE College, Activate Learning.

Occupational Psychologist, Inclusive Leadership trainer. General fan of CTC through volunteering and being a parent.
